Cleaning the inside of your English horn just got easier with the introduction of the Ann Hodge brand silk English horn swab. This quality swab is easy to use, and will extend the life of your instrument and its pads.
Before use, remove the reed and bocal. Then, just drop the weighted string into the bell of the instrument, then pull the string (and the silk swab itself) through your English horn. As the silk passes through the English horn, it removes build-up from the inside of the instrument. Care instructions for the swab are a breeze, too. Just machine wash on cold, and tumble dry low when needed. Add life to your pads and instrument with this Ann Hodge silk English horn swab!
