The "Essential Elements" band method is one of the best band methods in print. Written by a team of skilled experts, this book features 140 short songs and etudes, an easy-to-use fingering chart, a 2 page section titled "The Basics" (embouchure, posture, breathing, etc.), and a short history of the instrument. There's even a glossary of common musical terms and their definitions. We often use this book in our teaching studios, and highly recommend it! This volume is a continuation of Book 1, and is designed to continue expanding a student's range and repertoire beginning where Book 1 stopped.
